Is Hemp the same as Marijuana?

In a word - no. Hemp and marijuana are different substances with different chemical compositions.

Marijuana is cultivated for it's psychoactive effects and can have THC levels of 20% of more, whereas hemp is cultivated for it's fiber content and has less than .3% THC and no psychoactive effects.

What is CBD?

CBD stands for Cannabidiol, and is just one of many compounds in the cannabis plant.

CBD is not the same compound that gets marijuana users high, that compound is called THC.

How is CBD Made?

CBD oil is chemically separated from the other chemicals in a cannabis plant. Our CBD oil is tested by a 3rd party to ensure it is !00% THC free, so you can be sure you will not test positive for marijuana on a drug test. CBD oil is extracted using solvents or a non-toxic carbon dioxide extraction method.

There is zero harmful residue left over in the product after extraction.

Will I get high?

No! You will never get high when you take CBD, regardless of how you take it. The hemp plant only contains 0.3% THC, which is all lost during the extraction process. What you're left with will absolutely not get you high.

Is CBD legal?

As CBD does not have any of the psychoactive or behaviour altering effects effects of marijuana, it is not considered a dangerous drug - in fact, it is considered a therapeutic drug - a therapeutic drug which will not get you high.

Will I pass a drug test?

Many factors can effect drug test results and false positives can happen. The trace amounts of THC found in CBD products will not make you test positive on a commercial drug test for marijuana/THC.

How do I take CBD?

CBD can be smoked, vaped, dissolved under your tongue, ingested in capsules/edibles and even absorbed through your pores in a bath bomb. The method of ingestion has a significant effect on the results you get from the product, so experiment to see which method you prefer.

Are there any side effects to taking CBD?

Hemp and CBD are considered 100% safe for human consumption by the FDA. However, if you are worried, it is recommended to consult with a physician before adding this supplement to your diet.

Does CBD interact with other medications?

Yes, CBD will inhibit the P450 enzyme. In short, this means CBD has the potential to either reduce or increase the effects of other drugs. In certain situations, it may be advisable to consult with your physician and monitor your blood levels of your medications when taking CBD.
